2020 allowed no rest for the weary - after 52 straight weeks of wrestling carnage the Hoodslammers have found their rhythms in the ebb and flow of destiny and combat, but within the space between the rhythms lives fear, resentment and deceit.
Stoner Brothers: Scott Rick Stoner has battled with the harsh truths revealed by what he calls his "deadzone hand". After being drowned by The CAUTION (CAUTION) at Octobers FTF X, he's claimed to be haunted by visions of doom whenever that hand touches another person. Brother Rick Scott Stoner has tried to get along, but clearly frustrations with his brothers condition - and their lack of direction - are mounting.
Da Squaaaad: D-Rogue has claimed his place as Best Athlete in the East Bay Golden Fannypack Champion. After winning the HoodFighter Tournament X on 12/6/19 he was awarded a shot at the championship, and he capitalized. Unfortunately, it was at the behest of challenger Johnny Drinko Butabi and former champion - and friend of Da Squaaad - Hidden Gem Matt Carlos. Indeed, it was Da Squaaad who first helped Matt Carlos defeat Sweet Boone for the Golden Fannypacks just last October. But the harmonious arrangement seems to have been discarded.
Da Squaaad also has their sites on other goals. D-Rogues partners Kenny K, Hip Hop Harry and Shakira Spears have earned a chance to regain the Intergalactic Tag Team Championship from the team that beat them - DARK Sheik and Juice Lee. They get their shot at 1/24 "Hey I've Always Wanted to Go to Hoodslam". Will 2/7 Pareidolia be a celebration of more championships?
Juice Lee/DARK Sheik - After Anton Voorhees sudden injury, DARK Sheik would be partnerless. The CAUTION (CAUTION) are down to one active member, and the disappearance of Sweet Boone - after Richard Shhhnary killed his dog BJ in the middle of the ring - left them without many to turn to. However, an old rival of DARK Sheik, Juice Lee, interjected himself in a match, and the two became Intergalactic Tag Team Champions - echoing a situation in 2013 where DARK Sheik surprised Juice Lee to win and share the Golden Gig. DARK Sheik has made it clear that she wants no part of this partnership, but is bound to defend the Tag Team Championship eventually - something avoided since mid November. She claims that when she pulled this trick before, it was to antagonize Juice Lee, and suspects this to be a similar game. Though, stating that Juice Lee brings out the worst in her, this is a game she doesn't want to play.
Juice Lee has been characteristically silent, but not confrontational, and his motives mysterious...the two defend vs Da Squaaad 1/24.
Richard Shhhnary: The original Librarian felt fairly proud of himself after Octobers "DON'T F.A.M. (feed after midnight)" event. He had dispatched of his rival Sweet Boone, having cost him his championship, winning a match to shave his mustache and - sickest of all - crushing his dog BJ (given to him by DARK Sheik) under Webster, his deluxe dictionary. But, This sweet feeling quickly turned sour. Boone has been seen lurking Hoodslam, appearing mysteriously to attack Hoodslammers at random and to terrorize Richard Shhhnary. He also appears to be wearing a mask with a new mustache attached to it - made of the fur from his dead pet?! Darkness looms for our unfair librarian...
